The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the apartment was jaw-droppingly good! Wifi was decent, and they had a flat-screen TV with Premier League football. The location was great for finding good places to eat and drink, and they even had a car and driver to explore further. They quickly fixed any issues, like the insect bites, and the place was well-maintained with a clean swimming pool. an amazing stay with great amenities!

This hotel has a convenient location, just a short walk from an upmarket supermarket and public transport. Suites are well-furnished, with fully equipped kitchens and laundry facilities. the breakfast menu offers a good variety of delicious options, and the swimming pool is well-kept.

The housekeeping could be better as toiletries were not provided and we had to ask for it later.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were surprisingly spacious and clean. We appreciated the hotel facilities, including the pool and kitchen amenities. The breakfast was also delicious and served on time. Additionally, the location was convenient, close to main roads and shopping malls, and the parking was plentiful.

The gentleman at the reception as I was checking out seemed not to be aware of their 25% prepayment policy at the time of booking. They refused to acknowledge my advance payment forcing me to pay the entire amount quoted on the booking. That is annoying and will involve me wasting my time going back to them with my credit card statement for a refund. A case of knowledge gap or ignorance maybe.

Spent an amazing Christmas vacation in Nairobi! The accommodation was great — very comfortable and clean. Loved the fact that the facilities included a kitchenette and a washer and dryer, which was perfect for our family of four. The location was also very convenient, in the heart of the city and close to all major attractions. The staff were all very polite and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious.

That the restaurant prices were a bit expensive. However, there were plenty of other food options nearby, so it wasn't a major issue. Additionally, we did notice that the pool needed some cleaning, but seeing as it was the holidays, we can understand that it may have been difficult to keep up with the demand. our stay was fantastic and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Nairobi!

Staff, far from a level which it supposed to be when it charge you 135 usd per night. I would call it a guesthouse with self-service facilities rather than a luxury suites.

Tv was never working. Next shopping centre with atm is 2 Km walking distance Shopping cenre junction 5 km, not easy to find as there are no signs from Ngong road to the appertment block and at the entrance only at one side of a sign so if you come from the wrong side you will not recognize. They dont change money and atm 2 km away. Breakfast could be improved.
